1. How do I know your products are genuine and not fake?

We are a GST-registered and MSME-registered company ✅.
Every order is processed officially, ensuring authentic products, genuine invoices, and safe transactions.


2. What should I do if my product is damaged or defective?

Please report any damage/defect within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.


3. Do I need to record an unboxing video?

Yes ✅ An unboxing video (from sealed package to product check) is mandatory.
⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


4. In what condition should I return the product?

  • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • Used, tampered, or installed products are not eligible for return/exchange.


5. Who pays for return courier charges?

Return courier charges are borne by the customer.
Courier charges are non-refundable.


6. What if the return courier is damaged or lost in transit?

We recommend using a trusted courier and sharing the tracking ID with us.


7. Are there products that cannot be returned?

Yes ❌ These items are non-returnable:

  • Used or installed products

  • Items damaged after delivery

8. Do you provide refunds?

No. We follow a strict no-refund policy.

9. How does the replacement process work?

Once we receive the product, our team will inspect & verify it.
After approval, a replacement will be shipped.


10. How long does it take to receive a replacement?

Replacements are shipped within 5–7 working days after verification.


11. What about warranty?

  • Warranty covers only manufacturing defects.

  • Physical damage, burns, or mishandling are not covered.
